Your assistant meets you at an agreed point inside a Tokyo station and accompanies you to your hotel.

JapanMeet provides personal guidance and accompaniment—not private transportation. The included assistance period begins at the confirmed meeting time and does not restart if a guest is late. Additional assistance is ¥3,000 per 30 minutes only when available and mutually agreed. We cannot guarantee connections or boarding, carry luggage as a promised service, or provide specialist accessibility support.

Before you request
Transportation expenses
Customers pay their own transportation fares and the assistant’s fares while the assistant accompanies them. Ordinary assistant travel to the meeting point and returning after the service is included when the assignment qualifies for standard coverage; eligibility for the standard price is confirmed during quotation. Customer-requested taxis are separate. Exceptional travel distances, special arrangements, and every other additional expense require an advance quote and customer agreement before they are incurred.
Luggage
Tell us the number and approximate size of your bags so the route can be planned. Luggage carrying is not a promised service.
Meeting point
A precise, recognizable meeting point and contact instructions are agreed in writing after availability is checked.
If you are delayed
There is a 15-minute grace period without an additional waiting fee, but included service time starts at the confirmed meeting time and does not restart. If you cannot be contacted within 30 minutes, the booking may be treated as a no-show. Advance-notified delays are accommodated where practical and subject to availability.
Availability
Availability is checked manually. A submitted request or email-provider acceptance is not a reservation confirmation.
Final price and time
Hotel-to-station and station-to-hotel start at ¥15,000 with up to 120 minutes included. Station meet and connection starts at ¥9,000 with up to 60 minutes included. Additional assistance is ¥3,000 per 30 minutes only if available and mutually agreed.
Cancellation requests
Deadlines are measured from the confirmed JST service time. At least 48 hours before: no fee and full refund. From 24 to less than 48 hours: 50% fee. Less than 24 hours or no-show: 100% fee. Cancellation is effective when received through the designated channel; date changes are subject to availability.
