Clarity

Hi, I’m Naoki, the founder of JapanMeet.
My customer service experience has taught me how much clear communication, patience, and reliability matter—especially when someone is navigating an unfamiliar place.
Finding the correct Shinkansen platform, navigating Tokyo’s enormous train stations, or getting from your hotel to your next destination shouldn’t have to be stressful. That’s why I created JapanMeet.
During JapanMeet’s initial launch, I’ll personally meet guests at their hotel, train station, or another agreed location and accompany them on their journey, helping them navigate transportation and communicate with local staff when needed.
I speak English, Spanish, and Japanese, and I enjoy helping visitors feel comfortable and confident while exploring Japan.
As JapanMeet grows, another carefully assigned assistant may help deliver the same personalized service. Your assigned assistant will always be identified before a confirmed service.
My goal is simple: to make getting around Japan easier, one journey at a time.
